We are looking to hire our first Product Marketing Associate as we're kicking off the next growth phase at Next Matter.
In this role you will
Assess current digital acquisition performance across all channels (e.g., landing pages, social networks, etc.) and work closely with the sales and design team in order to co-create a suitable go-to-market strategy to reach the business objectives going forward.
Create content for various channels (blog posts, case studies, use case descriptions, social media posts etc.), based on customer interviews, desk research or expert interviews
Design and execute marketing campaigns/measures to generate high-quality leads for the sales team and capture feedback to refine successive campaigns
Track KPIs and create analysis based on various data sources, that support the definition/evaluation of marketing measures
Develop a deep understanding of our product and its application areas
Support to shape our strategic and operational marketing roadmap for the next 3-5 years in close collaboration with the entire team
You will be a good fit for the role if you
Bring 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing/product marketing capacity where you partnered closely with agile development teams
Have extensive experience and enjoy writing high quality content pieces yourself
Developed a strong business acumen in previous roles/studies, in order to understand the complex requirements of our cross-industry customer base
Have experience of working with tech-heavy products through previous jobs
Have expert knowledge of digital marketing principles such as funnel optimization, SEO & landing page optimization
Ran campaigns and built knowledge in typical campaign management systems, e.g., CMS, LinkedIN Sales Navigator, Cirrus, Doubleclick, Adobe Target etc.
Got experience in running A/B tests for campaigns and deriving customer insights
Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where a broad variety of tasks emerge and the operating environment changes constantly

Are a clear and confident communicator who can convey the work-results in an efficient manner
