You'll have the opportunity to work on exciting business challenges that our customers are facing and solving with our platform.

You will have the entrepreneurial opportunity to grow our practices as we scale the company and work closely together with the experienced team and high profile customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers successfully in a hands on working mode
  • Grow our onboarded customers further by working closely together with key stakeholders in the customer's organization, identifying and capturing opportunities with them
  • Service existing customers by executing ongoing success work or solving advanced customer service requests
  • Increase library of self-service documentation for building Next Matter processes / using the product for integrations
  • Expand the practices of the customer success team to prepare for our accelerated customer and team size growth in 2022 and beyond
  • Build the success team as we scale
  • Feedback. Support continuous improvement of platform capabilities by providing insights from day-to-day customer work to our product and tech team to make sure that we stay ahead of the competition.


Requirements

  • Track record of success in role: 3-7 years minimum experience as a customer success lead or other highly relevant role (e.g. management consulting), ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Business acumen. Ability to understand real-life business scenarios and needs of operations managers quickly.
  • Tech acumen. Comfortable to understand company system landscapes and basic integration setups with third party systems through API calls (e.g. REST)
  • Creative and can do mindset: Ability to create working solutions for customers, even in the abscence of clear blueprints or templates
  • Professional. Comfortable and experienced in customer facing settings with polished written and verbal English communication. German language skills are not required, but a plus.
  • Organization. Experience to juggle / execute multiple projects in parallel without dropping the ball
  • Leadership. Experience in hiring and developing early stage teams
  • Entrepreneurial. Willingness to work in a highly entrepreneurial setting, where not all paths are pre-defined.
